- Previously disadvantaged individuals from the Delmas area
- Financially disadvantaged
- Obtained a qualification in one of the fields mentioned above
- South African citizen
- • Detailed curriculum vitae
- Proof of residence
- BSc/ B Tech/ N Dip Metallurgical, Mining, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
- Be declared medially fit
- Applicants must not have worked after graduating.
