  • You must have 2 years of experience in a retail environment. Alternatively, you can have two years of experience in a sales environment.
  • You must have a drive to succeed.
  • Your communication skills must be impeccable.
  • You must have a clean credit record and no history of criminal activity.

Remember, Capitec learnership positions are among the most sought after in South Africa, and this is not just in the banking industry. As a result, you will need to put a lot of effort into preparing your application. If you put a generic application in for the learnership, then you are not going to be approved for it.
